$100.00 per hour
60 or 90 minute customized one on one training session. Includes regular assessment and proper technique and exercise routines to help you reach your goals.
60 / 90 min. Swedish Massage
$100.00 per hr
Full body Swedish Massage focused on relaxation and calming.
60 / 90 min. Sport Athletic Massage
$120.00 per hr
Vigorous deep tissue massage focused on relieving tight muscle issues, utilizing various tools to achieve the desired goal. Cupping and Taping can be added on to a session for longer lasting results.
90 min. Hot Stones

60 / 90 min. Stretch
$100.00 per hr
Utilizing assisted stretch and assessing individual range of motion feel relief from tight sore muscles. Great for post work obsessions Or just to feel revitalized and able to move.
30 minute Tune Up

Specific focus work. Let us know what’s bothering you and we with asses and target that area. Tools may be used at the providers discretion.

Professionally applied “RTR” can optimize your time on the table with either stretch, sports massage or a quick fix. Targeting sore tight muscles we are able to get into the tissue quicker and easier allowing our time to be used for more detailed work.
